Chantal Steele
Founder, Owner, Principal & Creative Director
Steele Oaks was originally founded by Chantal Steele. A firm believer in being kinder than seems necessary, she is renowned for her ability to turn clients into friends and build strong, collaborative vendors relationships & partnerships.
Where passion meets perfection- that’s where Chantal lives and breathes. With 10 years of expertise in the event industry, and a certification in wedding planning design and execution, Chantal’s style is a unique blend of southern charm & the inspiring beauty of the PNW.
Chantal has studied under several apprenticeships and venues and is an active member of the Wedding Planner’s Society. A mom of 3, and a fan of football, wine and karaoke. Her favorite part of a wedding is the grand reveal. It's when couples get to see their vision come to life, and we get to see their reaction! That overwhelming joy and excitement is why we do what we do!

Chelcy Burgess
This spicy lady is a whole lotta power in a fun sized package. You’ll see her running a million miles an hour, perfecting every detail and making sure her couple’s vision is executed to perfection. She is wife of 19 years, mom of two active boys and a crazy boxer pup. Outside of working with our couples, she is a full-time teacher, sports lover, and a fierce friend. Her favorite part about weddings is making it all come together and being there for your magical day.

Madie Meyer
Our can-do coordinator & newly certified wedding planner! Madie is one of the sweetest gals you will ever meet. On the day of a wedding, she is controlled, confident and a perfectionism queen! She will not only be your wedding ninja but will easily become one of your best friends! Outside of her passion for event planning, she loves to travel, hike & camp with friends. Her favorite part about a wedding is the dance party! You might even catch her bust a move while busting her butt bussing tables!

Savannah Boyd
Sav is our sweet and hard-working assistant coordinator. This young aspiring wedding planner is one of the smartest, and intuitive ladies we’ve ever had on the team. She is currently a full-time college student studying hospitality and spends her education and skill running events with Steele Oaks! She loves hanging with friends and family or reading a good rom-com. Her favorite part about a wedding is the first dances. She is a romantic at heart and we love her for it!
