We recommend starting the planning process at least 9-12 months before the wedding day, but we can accommodate last-minute planning and events as well. The earlier we start, the more options and flexibility you’ll have.
Can you help with destination weddings?
Absolutely! We specialize in both local and destination weddings. From finding the perfect location to coordinating travel and accommodations, we’ll take care of all the details.
When should I book Wedding Management versus Full-Service Planning?
We recommend booking as soon as possible for both!WM: Even though we officially step in about 4-8 weeks before your wedding day, for wedding management, reserving your date early ensures we’ll be there to help you when the time comes.
Full planning: since we help organize your budget, select your vendors and build your design, we should absolutely be one of the first vendors you book

Wedding Management is our take on what some people refer to as “Day-of Coordination.” It’s a service designed for couples who have planned their wedding but need a professional to bring all the details together. We step in several weeks before the big day to finalize logistics, confirm vendor details, create a timeline, and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.How is Wedding Management different from Day-of Coordination?
"Day-of Coordination" is a popular term, but it’s a bit misleading. There’s no such thing as just showing up on the wedding day and magically making everything run smoothly. True coordination requires time, planning, and communication in the weeks leading up to your wedding. That’s what Wedding Management is—thorough preparation and support so your big day is flawless.

What is the process for designing my wedding?
First, we’ll schedule a consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and budget. From there, we’ll propose design concepts, choose colors, themes, floral arrangements, and decor elements. We’ll work closely with you to refine the design until it’s perfect. WE can also orchestrate an in-person demo with actual design items (*fees may apply)
Do you provide floral arrangements?
NO, we are a design and planning firm, we partner with florist on the design and execution of florals.
Can you help with choosing a wedding theme or color scheme?
Absolutely! Whether you have a specific theme in mind or need inspiration, our team will guide you through the process of selecting colors, motifs, and a style that fits your personality and vision.
Do you offer rentals for furniture and decor?
Yes! We provide a variety of rental options; including escort wall set ups, votives, chargers, lighting, and more to elevate your wedding design. For everything else we partner with local businesses to source what you need.

How much does it cost to hire a wedding planner or designer?
Our pricing varies based on the services you need, the complexity of the event, and your budget. We offer different packages, and we’re happy to discuss pricing during an initial consultation.
Do you work with a wedding budget?
Yes, we work within your budget and will help you prioritize where to allocate funds for the best value. Our goal is to ensure that you get the most out of your wedding budget without compromising on your vision.
Do you charge additional fees for travel or consultations?
Depending on your location and the services requested, there may be additional travel or consultation fees. These will be discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

Do you help with selecting wedding vendors?
Yes, we have a network of trusted vendors, including photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, and more. We’ll help you find the best vendors that align with your style, preferences, and budget.
What happens if a vendor cancels or doesn’t show up on the wedding day?
As part of our planning services, we work with reputable and reliable vendors, but in case of any issues, we’re there to handle any emergencies and find solutions to ensure your wedding day goes off without a hitch.
Wedding Day Logistics:
Will you be present on the wedding day?
Yes, our team will be present on the wedding day to oversee the setup, manage the timeline, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. When you book with us, you meet with our CEO, and then your planner is assigned to you.
Can I choose who i want to be my planner within the Steele Oaks Team?
Yes, IF that planner isn’t already booked with your date, you can request someone you connect with the best!
Are all your Planners Qualified?
Yes, all our lead producers are certified wedding planners and are trusted and loved by our vendors and community.
How do you manage the wedding timeline?
We’ll create a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding, outlining when vendors should arrive, when the ceremony begins, the timing for photos, and when guests should arrive. We’ll coordinate every aspect of the day so everything happens on schedule. We’re the first ones in, and the last one out!

Yes, we love working with couples of all kinds and can design and plan weddings that break from tradition. Whether you're eloping, having a small ceremony, or micro- receptions, we’ll make it personal and meaningful.
Can you help with al a carte wedding service?
Yes! We offer lots of other wedding services, including thank you cards, budget management, design demos most of these services are including with our customized wedding planning packages! We’ll take care of what is most important for you!
Do you have experience with multicultural or themed weddings?
